I’d set up the AI conversation to capture the contact details from WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, automatically create/update the contact in GHL, and then trigger a Google Contacts sync so the information stays updated without manual entry. The key is making the workflow handle both new and existing contacts properly, so you don’t end up with duplicates.
