One of the enemy’s greatest weapons is getting you to sit still long enough to rehearse everything that is wrong. That’s why you have to STAY ON PURPOSE. When your mind has no direction, it becomes easy to dwell on disappointment, rejection, loneliness, fear, what didn’t work, who walked away, and everything you wish were different. There’s an old saying: “An idle mind is the devil’s workshop.” Give your mind something productive to focus on. Get up. Pray. Work on the vision. Serve somebody. Clean your house. Take the walk. Write the book. Start the business. Go back to the gym. Finish the assignment. Do something connected to the life God has called you to live. Sometimes you have to tell yourself, “I may not feel like moving, but I’m moving anyway.” Purpose doesn’t mean you’ll never experience sadness or depression, and getting professional help when you need it is wisdom. But don’t underestimate what happens when you stop allowing your thoughts to sit in darkness all day and begin intentionally filling your life with prayer, movement, community, responsibility, and PURPOSE. You still have something to do. You still have something to give. You still have somewhere to go. God is not finished with you. 📖 “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works…” Ephesians 2:10 🔥 Stay on purpose. Keep moving. Keep praying. Keep building.
