Week 3 of Capacity June! Two weeks of public visibility. This week we work with something that is quieter but just as exposing for most people: asking for SUPPORT out loud. Here is what tends to happen with high-achieving women in business. They will post an opinion that gets pushback and stay standing. They will say their price without flinching. But ask for help? Publicly? Without first proving they have exhausted every other option? That is where the contraction shows up. Most people feel like a burden for needing things. Like asking for support is an admission of weakness or incompetence. So they wait until they are overwhelmed, and then they ask apologetically, with a disclaimer, in the smallest way possible. That is not receiving support. That is barely tolerating it. This week’s question: where do you need support right now that you have not asked for? In your business, your content, your life.
