Cardio Club has honestly helped me become so much more consistent with cardio. There have been days when I’m literally rushing home because, apparently, missing my 10 minutes is now unacceptable. , Once you’re already dressed and doing it, most days you end up doing way more than 10 minutes anyway. The community makes a huge difference too.The girls are always supportive, cheering each other on, celebrating wins, and keeping you accountable without making it feel like a chore. Highly recommend!
