🔨 Weekly Build Thread — What Are You Working On This Week?
Every Monday, same question. What are you building this week? Drop a comment below. One line or ten — doesn’t matter. Show the thing you’re working on. Ask a question. Share a blocker. If you’re stuck, say where. Someone here has probably been stuck in the same place. Here’s the format if you want structure: 🔨 Building: [what you’re working on] 🧱 Stuck on: [what’s blocking you — or “nothing, making progress”] 💡 Tip from last week: [one thing you learned that others might find useful] You don’t have to have something finished. You don’t have to have something impressive. You just have to show up. The builders who get the most from this community are the ones who post before they have all the answers — not after. Reply to someone else’s comment if you’ve solved what they’re stuck on. That’s the whole point of this place. This thread resets every Monday. See you here. 🚀

@Eliya Elmakis we have built out an ecoms site on Lovable, but now having difficulty migrating to Shopify (liquid code) without a complete UI rebuild via a freelancer/agency. Seems completely counter intuitive in terms of quick deployment of a new website. Can you offer any advise on the best way forward. We have used claude to convert React to Liquid and upload to Shopify via their MCP, but its full of errors. Thanks..
GROW A $1M+ ONLINE BUSINESS
Most people fail because they’re scattered. Too many products. Too many funnels. Too many directions. They try to sell everything. And end up selling nothing. Here’s the truth most people avoid. You don’t need more offers. You need one. One scalable offer that does one job well. That offer becomes the gateway. It brings people into your world. It builds trust. It starts the relationship. Everything else comes later. Start with the market, not the offer Before you build anything, you need clarity on who you’re serving. If this is wrong, nothing works. Define three things. Who they are. What problem they want solved. What outcome they actually pay for. People don’t buy information. They buy results. Growth. Freedom. Money. Health. A clear market makes everything easier. Your copy gets sharper. Your ads get cheaper. Your offer feels obvious to the right person. This is the difference. “A guide for everyone” gets ignored. “A system that helps coaches scale one offer” gets attention. The power of one scalable offer You don’t need ten products. You need one offer that: Solves a real problem. Can be delivered without burning you out. Moves the customer forward. Scalable means repeatable. Digital products. Programs. Trials. The goal isn’t to get rich on the first sale. The goal is to create a buyer. Once someone buys once, everything changes. They’re no longer a stranger. They’re far more likely to buy again. That’s why the first offer matters. It opens the door. One funnel beats ten half-built ones Your offer needs a path. That path is the funnel. Traffic comes in. One clear offer is presented. They buy. They’re given a next step. You follow up. That’s it. No complexity. No chaos. When everyone enters through the same funnel: You stay focused. You can track what works. You can improve one system instead of ten. This is how momentum is built. Why low-ticket offers actually matter A $27 offer doesn’t look impressive.
