Insight from today's "Lead with Integrity" session
I realized that my anxiety about talking to potential clients was around this question in the back of my head: How do I know if this is right for this person? The answer that came today: I don't - it's the client who knows. And they CAN'T know unless you OFFER!! 💡

Question for Coaches Who Use Zoom
I’m not a coach, but I will be after this certification.😉 My question is a hardware/technical one. What computer set up do you each use for Zoom sessions with clients? Please tell me why you chose the set up you have, and whether it’s working well for you. If it isn’t, what would you change? Thanks!

@Toni Spiegel I got a special camera, called iContact Pro, which fastens to my monitor but the camera part is on a long "arm" ("leg"?) that hangs down and makes it easier to look like you're looking at them. You can narrow the window of the PDF and layer it on top of the Zoom window. And, you can be upfront with the client, just like Bethaney was today, and say "I get so excited in these sessions, I just have my outline up to keep me on track!" https://icontactcamera.com/
