@Spencer Wilkerson i think it’s the way that the question is phrased, they are asking about the muscle attachment and based off the physical findings you see that they have decreased breath sounds on the right side, elevated diaphragm on the right side sooo I think they are looking for the muscle attachment of the diaphragm which would be either L1-L3, the sternum and the ribs (7-12), the levels of T10-T12 wouldn’t be considered an attachment.
