Voice AI Prank - UPDATE
A quick update on yesterday's AI football prank call experiment. For those who saw the original post... Yes. We actually did it. We used Sales Wingman Lite to prank call members of my staff's football team ...telling them they'd been fined £30 for misconduct and would be suspended if they didn't pay. The calls didn't disappoint. All of us in the office were rolling around laughing. The AI itself was incredible. A really natural voice... Smooth conversation... A real back-and-forth where the AI paused, listened, adjusted on the fly… And while the prank didn’t fully land. (because a group of late-20s/early-30s lads quickly became suspicious it was AI) I realised that 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐈... …that’s actually NOT a bad thing. Not when the experience was 𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 real-world business phone systems. Think about calling a major company. “Press 1 for sales” “Press 2 for support” “Press 3 for refunds” “Press 4 for something completely unrelated...” You sit there mashing zero, hoping it bypasses the system, and a human picks up. It's painful. With our AI? No rage-inducing menus. No "please hold" messages. And no being passed between three different departments because the first person you spoke to "isn't able to help with that". This proves something important. 𝐕𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐠𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐤. 𝐈𝐭'𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 huge numbers of traditional customer service experiences. And what most business owners fail to see... Is that customers don't care if it's an AI bot or a human on the other end of the line. What they DO care about is whether the phone got answered, they got the help they needed, and if any of their time was wasted in the process. So while prank #1 may not have fooled everyone... It massively 𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 this technology actually is. Which means... It's back to the lab. Tomorrow's mission? A different demographic. We’re aiming this at an older age bracket - The Dad of one of my staff members.

I'm gonna crack "Cold Outreach Automation" in 2026 - Here's my Sexy AF plan
Sorry for the radio silence, peeps. We’ve been heads down building a new “coffee date” acquisition machine. Truth is… I’ve never really needed cold outreach. I’ve always been able to get my offers in front of a warm audience. …But not everyone has that. So over the next few weeks, we’re going all in on cold outreach automation. The goal? Figure this out properly… Then show you how to land coffee dates from ice-cold leads, even if you’re starting from zero. And yes… I think this is going to CRUSH!! Why? Because most people do cold outreach like this: 1. Spend a fortune on data (Apollo etc.) 2. Pick a niche 3. Create a “meh” offer 4. Write some emails 5. Add some AI personalisation 6. Ask for a reply 7. Set live 8. Pray 9. Get ignored No coffee dates. Here’s my evil plan: 1. Use AI to scrape and enrich high-quality data for cheap 2. Lead with an “offer they’d be stupid to say no to” (e.g. turning old leads into sales on a performance basis) 3. Build a simple opt-in page (lead magnet) where they can experience the offer instantly 4. Layer in Voice AI for a proper “WTF is this?” moment (tailored to their niche) 5. Write 5 bangin emails, I won't need AI ready to be loaded into SmartLead And this is the fun bit… At the same time as we send email 1 and 3, I am gonna: 6. Send an SMS 7. Drop an AI voicemail in my voice Just to say: “Hey NAME, just sent you an email.” 8. Then we go live… …and have the sales team ready for inbound calls from people who are curious (and slightly confused) by how personalised it all feels. Goal: Minimum one coffee date per day. Now - this is just the plan. It’ll evolve. Some of it might not fly with compliance. I don’t know yet. But it’s going to be fun figuring it out. If you want to come along for the ride… Comment “Sexy AF” below. If enough people are in, I’ll document the whole journey over the next few weeks. And if not… I’ll still do it - just won’t tell you about it 😄 -D

[BONUS DROP] Turn 1 AI deal into 6 and get paid for years to come.
The verdict is in for the Sales Wingman Lite… You want it. So Jamie's building it. If you took time out of your weekend to help me decide - thank you! I'll be honest, I would've felt rotten pulling the plug on it. Especially after some of you got so fired up when I first announced the Sales Wingman Lite as a bonus... That you ended your free trial of HighLevel early and jumped straight onto a paid plan so you'd be first in the queue. That kind of trust deserves to be rewarded, not let down. So the Sales Wingman Lite is happening. That's settled. But, I'm not done! This morning as I supped my coffee, I thought about what you’ve got in front of you right now… 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐢𝐝, so you can solve an expensive problem for any business that runs Meta ads, gets tons of comments on their posts, or closes deals over Insta DMs. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 “𝐆𝐄𝐓 𝐀 𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤” so you’ve got everything you need to fill your calendar with coffee dates, fast, using LinkedIn outreach, cold traffic methods, a niche list full of opportunities most people overlook, and deal structures that make saying yes to you a no-brainer. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 "𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐨 𝐋𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐭" so you never lose a deal because you fumbled your way through a demo. The Sales Wingman builds you a custom demo from a prospect's website. The recon system hands you their hot buttons before the meeting starts. The call structure keeps you in control from hello to close. The Doctor's Diagnosis means you ask the right questions so they sell themselves. And the objection handling makes sure a tricky question doesn't kill a deal that should've been yours. That's a lot. And for most people, it's enough to get the wheels turning and land some quick wins. But I don't want you to just close one client and figure the rest out later. I want you to close them, 𝐨𝐧𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, 𝐠𝐨 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚 𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 …and then 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬 until you’re so embedded in their business that getting rid of you would be commercial suicide.

MAKE ME A TAYCAN
Pre-call video
Has anyone made a pre-call/meeting video? I'm planning to make one that I can send to the prospect before the meeting but I need help with the video structure. If anyone has made such a video that works, let me know!

@Juhana Tomminen like a short overview of what it does?
Private Invite - Stack Deals on Demand
@Jack Goddard our resident LinkedIn Maestro, will be hosting a handful of AI agency owners, once a week for a Zoom date… During this time, we’re gonna work together to install the same LinkedIn cold traffic system he’s using to churn out 𝟒-𝟓 𝐜𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐖𝐄𝐄𝐊… …from his wife’s dormant LinkedIn profile. …and scaled his AI agency to £𝟏𝟏𝟒𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝟗𝟎 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬. We’re gonna fill our PIPELINES with hungry prospects and never worry about lead gen again. Then once we’ve got coffee dates rolling in, we’re gonna use Sales Wingman to demo, CLOSE and build all our Androids for us. (Watch the Sales Wingman presentation if you need a recap of what it can do) To help you pull this off… I’ll be handing over the keys to the latest 𝐑𝐎𝐘𝐀 𝟑.𝟎 ‘𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐧’ edition that guys like Rob are using to go from being stuck in his 9-5, to £𝟐𝟎𝐤 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝟔 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐣𝐨𝐛! 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐓 needing sales experience… 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐓 being a tech expert… And 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐓knowing anything about AI… If you’re down to have a beer (or tea for those who don’t drink!)... While we cook up some deals together… Comment below with “DEALS”. And I’ll reach out so you can 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝. Dan
