CONFETTI BOMB
Yesterday: perfectly functional. Perfectly forgettable. Today: considerably less fridge vibe. This is exactly what Guitar Mod Lab is about. You don’t need to rebuild a guitar from scratch. Sometimes a pickguard, a few parts and a willingness to ignore good taste (or at least the "traditional" and the "classic" - according to who?) are enough. Small changes. Big difference. What would you change next?

Even Fridges have Magnets....
Some guitars are perfectly fine. That’s the problem. This one looks like it belonged in a kitchen appliance catalogue. A few swaps later, it can become something with a pulse. Guitar Mod Lab is about simple changes that make a guitar feel more like yours.

Welcome to Guitar Mod Lab
This is a place for people who look at an ordinary guitar and immediately start thinking about what they could change. Colour, pickguards, knobs, hardware, finishes, relicing, restoration, strange ideas, cheap experiments and bigger custom projects are all fair game. You don’t need an expensive guitar or a professional workshop. Start with what you have, change one thing, see what happens. I’ll be adding guides, projects, resources and examples as the Lab develops.
