Complexity Doesn't Mean Quality
When I first started creating reels I used to have a whole system for editing videos. Multiple apps, a desktop program I barely knew how to use, and a process that took twice as long as it should have. I thought complexity meant quality. It didn't. It just meant I was exhausted before I ever posted anything. And it caused me to burn out FAST. Now I do everything inside one app. On my phone. Start to finish. It's called Edits. It's from Instagram. It's free. And one of the best parts is it doesn't add a watermark to the video 😎 It has every single thing you actually need to create reels without going crazy trying to work through multiple apps and it's the last video editing app you'll ever need. The people who show up consistently aren't running the most advanced setups. They've removed every barrier between the idea and the post. Edits did that for me. Go download it and see what your workflow looks like when it's not fighting you. Just to be sure you download the right app the image is what it looks like on your phone :-)

@Phil Clark This is such an underrated lesson, bro. I think a lot of creators fall into the trap of believing that better results require a more complicated stack of tools, workflows, automations, and software. Meanwhile, the people actually winning are often the ones who have reduced the distance between an idea and execution. I've experienced this myself. There have been times where I spent more time building the "perfect system" than actually creating content. The irony is that the audience never sees the complexity behind the scenes. They only see whether you showed up consistently or not. "Complexity doesn't mean quality" is honestly one of those principles that applies far beyond content creation and into life too, because it applies to business, marketing, sales, community building, and even life. The simpler the process, the more likely you are to repeat it. You and I know, the best workflow is rarely the most sophisticated one, it's the simple one you'll actually use every day. I'm definitely going to give Edits a proper test run. If it can eliminate even a few steps from the content creation process, that's a huge win. Appreciate you sharing what's actually working instead of just chasing the latest shiny object. 👊🏾😌🔥

@Phil Clark it's really not! IYKYK ✌🏾😁🔥
Stop writing prompts. Start having conversations.
I used to spend 20 minutes writing a prompt to save 5 minutes of work. That's not AI working for you. That's you working for AI. The shift that actually changed how I use it was stopping trying to write the perfect prompt on the first try. Now I treat it like a conversation... - I throw in a rough idea. - It gives me something back. - I correct it. It adjusts. Back and forth. Like talking to someone. Most people write one long prompt, get an imperfect result, and blame the tool. The better approach is to start loose and tighten as you go. AI is a thinking partner, not a vending machine. Stop punching in orders and start having a conversation with it. The results will surprise you.

Twinly's newest update has been submitted to the Chrome Web Store 🎉 Here's what's in the update: - A memory system that watches how you edit Twinly's responses and learns your patterns over time. - Not from a setup screen. Not from prompts. From watching you work. - Every edit you make trains it to get sharper. The more you use it, the more it sounds like you. Right now you can lock in annual access for $120.
