Definitely Felix from my vampire the masquerade game. Originally he was an extremely important npc from my first VTM game, where i played a Slavic lasombra, a giovanni mafia dude and a tzimisce Dracula inspired character. Yes i know i died a lot. Felix was a goofy malkavian vampire and was the main quest giver of our campaign (for those who dont know tzimisce, giovanni, lasombra and malkavian are different vampire clans. The malkavians are the crazy clan). He would be extremely childish at times, for example refusing to answer the walkie talkie before we had said “over”. I think what made him so memorable was his childishness and bizarreness. When i introduced him in my own campaign i described him like this. “You see a slightly overweight man with a mullet sitting in a meditative pose on his office chair. He wears speedos a Christmas sweater and on his head he has two bottles, one on each side with straws going down to his mouth, you can clearly see the blood inside the plastic bottles. After this my players we’re literally like, WHO THE FUCK IS THIS GUY, in a good way of course. I honestly think he was the most memorable character from that campaign
