Can anyone here rate the difficulty of picking a Ford Transit door lock (14) versus say a Honda?

Hey guys, Was wondering on a lockout, when arriving how do you normally validate that the person you're helping to gain access is legally the owner or person in charge of the vehicle? Is there a boiler plate short contract they sign off on? How do operate in this situation? Thanks in advance.
