3 days ago I closed my first $1,000 client. 4 weeks ago I had no idea what to even sell. Here's what worked. Week 1: Started with a free community I knew I wanted to build something on Skool but had no clear niche. Started a free community with a broad idea, "help people start their online business." Posted daily just to see who would show up. Weeks 2-3: Let the community show me the niche Got on calls with everyone who joined, just listened to what they needed. One group kept showing up: new coaches trying to get their first clients. Made sense because I'd figured that out myself. So I stopped trying to help everyone and focused only on them. Started running people through my process completely free, got them actual results: - One landed their first paid client - Another got clear on their offer - Third one lined up 6 beta clients Week 4: Converted beta to paid Now I had proof it worked.
