The Christ Archetype — Love That Sacrifices for the World The Christ story is the ultimate expression of radical love.It’s the willingness to descend into darkness to lift others into light.It’s courage, forgiveness, endurance, and a heart that refuses to close. This archetype teaches us:Love is not passive. Love acts. 2. The Bodhisattva Archetype — Enlightenment Held Back for the Sake of All Beings The Bodhisattva ideal says:“I will not cross the final threshold until every being is free.” This is compassion in its highest form —not just awakening for yourself, but awakening with everyone. 🌟 What to Expect in Your First Year of Meditation (And Why Most People Quit Right Before the Breakthrough) If you're new to meditation, here’s the truth: the first couple of weeks feel messy for everyone. You’re wrestling a “monkey mind,” bouncing between thoughts, restlessness, and wondering if you’re doing anything right. This stage usually lasts 2–3 weeks. And the only real requirement is this: 👉 Stick to 15–20 minutes a day, consistently. If you do that — especially with a good teacher — things start shifting much sooner than you think. --- 🧠 Months 1–3: The First Real Changes Somewhere between weeks 4 and 12, the nervous system begins to adapt.
