Hello everyone! I wanted to share my hydroponic system setup with the community. I currently have three towers and one DIY system. The towers are a bit hit or miss — sometimes they work well, and other times, not so much. I’ve had some trouble with root rot, especially in the towers. But my DIY system has been the best by far! I've never had any issues with it, and the plants grow nicely and stay healthy. My tomato plant grew to 3 meters tall and lasted for six months! I’m really glad to be here and excited to keep learning from everyone. Looking forward to picking up some new tips and sharing more of my journey!

Thank you for sharing your setup and experience! I wasn’t sure how tower gardens compare to other systems, so I really appreciate the insight. It’s great to hear that your DIY system has been working so well, especially with that impressive tomato plant! Looking forward to learning more from you.

Grow Tower vs others
Hi everyone! I’ve been exploring different hydroponic and aquaponic tower systems for a while now, but haven’t had much success yet. I’m especially curious about how tower gardens compare to other setups. I’m planning to try a DIY tower using a Lowe’s bucket and hoping this might be my most successful build so far. I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences—what’s worked well for you, any challenges you’ve faced, and tips you might have. Let’s start a conversation and learn from each other’s journeys! Looking forward to hearing your insights!
What's your problem?!
What is your biggest hydro gardening problem currently? mine is that my tomato plants are getting bigger than I ever expected them to be and they are, well, monstrous. And honestly the worst part is that everyone in my family is already sick of tomatoes from the last harvest.... lesson.... Grow what you will eat.... a lot of..

I’ve lost three gardens, each one destroyed by root rot. Despite trying different approaches, including the Kranky method on multiple plants, the outcome was always the same—root rot took over every time.

@Chad Miner That is 100% accurate I live in texas and was trying to build a garden upstairs without AC. I would squirt H202 randomly but didn't realize i should be using it per gallon. That makes complete sense I didn't even think about using a tower garden. I appreciate the guidance. I feel excited to start the next version.
