@Mary Nochera Good morning Mary, and thanks for reaching out! I’m an operations manager that has both a team of individuals and a small fleet (3-4) of drivers that make local deliveries everyday. The trucks we utilize are 24k, 39’ flatbeds usually hauling pallets and pipe of some sort. There is a program that we use that allows us to have live tracking and also requires pictures for pre-trip as well as each stop. This helps greatly as a tool to manage the team as well as customer demands or issues that may come up. Management is challenging, especially dealing with many personalities, but a rewarding experience is knowing throughout the years I have helped individuals grow and have success to provide for themselves and families.
