Schematic vs Clerk Billing
Can someone please tell me the difference between Clerk billing and Schematic? I saw that metered and usage based billing is coming soon to Clerk billing. Other than that, is there anything Schematic does differently?

Next.js + PDF editor
I need some help on a project. The next.js web app build is supposed to allow users to upload pdf documents and draw boxes on them that get saved to the pdf. I tried fabric with little success and am now trying react-konva. Anyone know these libraries or others that work better?
Bugs with Schematic
I subscribed to the first paid tier of Schematic so that I could have a free trial period in my app. In the settings I have it toggled to not take credit cards for the trial period. However, it's not showing up in the component and still has the users input their credit cards. Sonny mentioned there are some guys from Schematic in here which is why I'm posting. I couldn't find a support chat or discord server dedicated to Schematic so I guess this is the next best place to post hoping for a resolution. Anyone else have that issue? Cheers.

Has anyone in here experimented with Manus AI? What are your use cases and how has the experience been? @Sonny Sangha @Sonny Sangha do you have access to Manus yet? I'd love to get your take.

Help with Clerk
I'm trying to protect multiple groups of routes and having a tough time. I've read the docs https://clerk.com/docs/references/nextjs/clerk-middleware#protect-multiple-groups-of-routes which works if I'm managing roles inside clerk. However, in my application I'm managing user roles in a firebase doc (users>[userId]>doc). In this doc, there are many attributes to the user but one of them is the "role" field which identifies the user role in the app. I want to protect groups of route in my app based on their role stored in firebase. How on earth do I do that? All the LLM assistants I use for coding help seem to not have the latest updated docs in their db so none of their suggestions work. Thank you

@Ciaran McGovern I did! I dug into the Clerk documentation ( I feel like I just got a masters degree in Clerk - lol) Clerk actually makes it so nice to manage user roles and permissions. You have to modify the clerk middleware and a few other things to manage user roles through metadata. I like it way better than what I was trying to do in firebase
