Training Tips
When drilling with your partner it's difficult to know exactly how much resistance to give. So start small or have none at all at first just real movement. As you start to build memory in the repetition start to add some resistance and if your partner starts having too much trouble bring it down some. Help each other out with the drilling. Higher ranks should be helping during this time NOT just countering the drill to show how much better they are, especially if it's not part of the lesson! That is for later when we roll lol
