My Skool community is trending right now, which is exciting, but I’m learning very quickly that getting people IN the community and getting people to USE what you built are two completely different things 😂 I have a full Command Center inside mine with deterministic workflows, a reusable Master Prompt, specialized build templates, and systems designed to help members build apps, websites, client portals, internal systems, and digital products more efficiently. The resources are there. The value is there. Meanwhile I’m in there feeling like I built myself a very expensive group chat 😭💻 So for the community owners who cracked the engagement piece, what changed things for you? Better onboarding? Live builds? Challenges? More direct member outreach? I’m trying to figure out how to turn passive members into people who are actively building and getting results.
