Marty, that's a great move in my opinion. The 1,250 SF suites seem to be on the edge of being too small for most of our buyers. The 1,500 sf suites are the better choice in our area. The additional 375 sf per suite you are adding for slab, building materials and erection is a relatively minor expense when weighed against the fixed costs and long term income that additional sf will add to your budget. The land parcels we are building on for our Georgetown, Texas project are constrained with Heritage and Protected trees that we have to design around so most of our designs on our land wind up being dictated by trees we have to work around.
