The fridge stops calling at 10pm
You've tried willpower. You still hear it. GLP-1 drugs slow gastric emptying and silence hunger at the brain level. You stop wanting to overeat. This new book calls them the most effective weight loss tool ever developed. Question for the group: What's the longest you usually go without thinking about food in your regular day to day? What finally breaks that streak? Full GLP-1 and metabolic stacks: 👉 http://tonyhuge.is/miracle-now Get it today and read what this is all about.

@Aaron Reed you only put the weight back on if you go back to the same old habits, which would be a dumb thing to do

@Tony Huge really would be interested in your thoughts on in this. Should I be cycling off this as my weight has stalled, I read other people's opinions that you desensitize to the drug and you need to take some time off and restart but on clinical trials patients continue to lose weight after 2 years so not sure how receptor downgrade is possible. My appetite is controlled but not as surpresssed as it was earlier in the cycle. Increasing the dose has not made much difference. Thanks..
"Doctors Said My Heart Valve Damage Was Irreversible. They Lied."
That's a line from the Healing & Recovery section of the new book, Miracle Molecules. The Wolverine Stack – BPC-157 + TB-500 – doesn't just patch you up. It mobilizes stem cells and builds the actin highway to repair: Tendons and ligaments Leaky gut Nerve damage Even cardiac tissue This is tissue repair at the molecular level. No surgery required. Question for the group: If you could heal one old injury or nagging pain overnight, what would it be? Free ebook – Healing & Recovery Guide Accelerate tissue repair – no surgery required. http://tonyhuge.is/miracle-now

Hasn't helped my rotator cuff injury, ran bpc at 1000mcg per day due several weeks no improvement. Tried tb500 at high dosages no relief at all. I just train around it, these healing peptides only work for certain types of injuries i guess

@Tony Huge thanks for your reply. I haven't had it diagnosed, but looking at the symptoms it matches mine, I will get it checked out do this properly. Thanks!
What's the highest hematocrit you've ever seen on labs?
One thing I keep running into with clients is hematocrit creeping up… What's the highest hematocrit you've ever seen on your own labs? And what actually worked to bring it down? Therapeutic phlebotomy? Donation? Changed your protocol? Real data saves lives. Drop your number and what you did.

Why Your Body Struggles to Burn Fat
Watch the breakdown here: https://youtu.be/b38TIqg8Opc?si=uHmctqYuu0QUqaVU A lot of people assume that if fat loss isn’t happening, it must be a problem with discipline, diet, or training. But sometimes the issue is biochemical. In this discussion we look at NNMT, an enzyme that influences how the body handles important molecules involved in metabolism. Research discussed in the video suggests NNMT activity may affect things like: • NAD+ production • energy metabolism • insulin sensitivity • mitochondrial function • methylation processes in the body The idea explored is that when certain metabolic pathways are disrupted, the body can shift toward energy storage instead of energy expenditure. That may help explain why some people struggle with fat loss even when they’re making a strong effort with diet and training. This video looks at published medical literature and metabolic pathways to explore how biochemical factors may influence body composition and metabolic health. This discussion is educational and informational, not medical advice. Question for the community: Have you ever looked into the biochemistry behind metabolism and fat loss, or mostly focused on diet and training alone? Curious how people here approach it.

My Latest Bloodwork After 13 Years Being Enhanced
Watch the discussion here: https://youtu.be/qJvkdQ3Az_s?si=c5FOzlRhuekex7pb After more than a decade of being chemically enhanced, I recently reviewed my latest bloodwork. In this discussion I talk about what it’s like maintaining a bodybuilding physique using compounds such as gear and HGH, and how that lifestyle compares with the typical expectations placed on natural bodybuilding. One point we explore is the idea that enhancement can change how someone approaches: diet training intensity body composition The conversation also touches on how factors like glucose and blood sugar regulation appear in bloodwork and what that might say about metabolic health. It raises an interesting question about how fitness strategies evolve in what could be described as an “unnatural world.” This discussion is meant to explore perspectives around performance, health markers, and long-term enhancement, not to provide medical advice. Question for the community: How often do you check your bloodwork or health markers? And if you’ve tracked them over time, have you noticed anything surprising? Curious what people here have observed.

My hemoglobin and hematocrit is always out of the reference range. I guess this is normal being chemically enhanced? @Tony Huge
