Bio: I’m 49 and I was a slim, fit marathon runner. Now I’m 15kg’s overweight. I’ve tried a lots of different diets. Night time snacking is a big issue.

Bio: 64 next month..t2 diabetic....lost 3 stone 2 years ago and kept it off...now 15st 10lb..want to get to 13st 7lb....love the gym but not consistent
