I’m confused.
Hey guys. So I just randomly came across Andrew’s content. I decided it fit my skillset and I knew about Nextdoor being a good way to get mowing clients. I assumed this would work for headlight restoration tools I had a couple Nextdoor posts that blew up and a couple that did decent. I got so many jobs. I charged anywhere from $90-$120 and got around 40 jobs. Also got 10 from door knocking. That all of a sudden stopped working whatsoever for some reason (thinking my account got restricted). I’ve gotten 4 from that in the past 4 months and 1 from door knocking. In total I have made around 5k and spent about 600 on equipment and 500 on FB ads that got me know where. I’m pretty fortunate to get that good run but I’m lost on what to do at the moment because it slowed down so all of a sudden.

Brotha, you been dealt a better hand than most. I been in the group for about a month now & haven’t landed a single client. The methods in here aren’t that helpful. I’ve listed on Nextdoor & FB & still haven’t landed one. & there’s not much guidance. I’m in the hole with my investment.

How did you get your first customer? I can’t seem to land a single client
hello!
Hello guys, Just about to start the side hustle in restoring headlights, I have done them before as an ad on when servicing friends' cars etc. Then, as I moved away from my garage to Australia, iv been thinking of doing it as an extra gig for a while, as the sun here is so strong it messes up a lot of headlights. Then I came across one of the videos, and it gave me the kick in the backside to start finally! how is the buisness going for you guys ?

Show piece for door to door
I made this to carry as an example for door to door and of corse I’ll have this picture to show the light before I did half of it.

Looks good! I think it would’ve looked better split vertically instead of horizontal but it should still work. Lmk how that goes & how much did the light cost you?
Clientele troubles
What’s up guys, Another struggle story. So I had a few ppl message me interested in my services & I got as far as receiving vehicle information. But once I replied back with my price for their specific vehicle type. They stopped responding. I’m not sure what I’m suppose to do in order to land clients. Especially here in California I don’t see anyone agreeing to a price above $80-$100 for headlight restoration. @Andrew Tucker any insight you can provide or some guidance?
