(PSA) AI Book Writing Challenge: Context & Invitation
Hey everybody, Based on the response and overall interest in taking on the challenge to leverage AI to write and produce a book manuscript in one day, I want to continue the conversation only with those who want to and are serious about committing to going through this process working with me to guide you and enable you with tools and resources that I've been developing that can accelerate this process. 100X what we were capable of doing five years ago. There is so much more to writing a good book than simply prompting ChatGPT a couple of times and having to get you generic AI slop content. There are also levels to being able to: 1. Ideate and brainstorm 2. Outline 3. Write and produce chapters that are cohesive in a line to create a book manuscript There are also levels of using AI within this process to not just create the content inside the book, but also to make the content of the book better, more actionable, and useful for the readers of your book. There are also levels of understanding the entire book writing and publishing process to then lead into the marketing of a book. And then there are also levels to how fast you want to go to get the damn manuscript out of your head in the first place so that you can actually get it to the point where you can start to edit the book or you can pass it along to an editor that you've chosen to work with. Because at the end of the day, AI or not, we need to get the first minimum viable book out of our head and onto paper first and formalize the content idea and strategy to gain feedback from your first readers and those who will be providing additional resources or support along the way to helping you launch your book. Some people have ambitious goals with their book to hit number one bestseller on the New York Times. Some people want to write a book for their internal team to provide a manual for operations within their company. Some people want to write multiple books to support their company's operations, whether it's sales or marketing related or enabling new team members as they're onboarding to the company. There are so many different ways that you can leverage a book as an informational resource to providing organized content to people in such a way that they can take it, understand it, and then implement it.

@Darby Rollins I love this but I’m in Costa Rica that weekend on a mission trip. I hope you will do another one in the future.
Claude Master Sprint - Final January 2026 Workshop & How to Continue From Here
Hey y'all! We just wrapped up Call 8 of 8 for the Claude Mastery Sprint. What a month. Quick recap of what we covered in this final session: We built a master orchestrator skill live on the call. This is a skill that chains multiple skills together in a cascading sequence. One command triggers MarketSauce PRIME, feeds that into Crit Sessions, then outputs to Press Chief. Full event launch kit generated in about 15 minutes. Assaad showed off an interactive SOP app he built using Gemini to track implementation steps from the Sprint. Marcel gave us the reality check on MoltBot (his verdict: "like selling a race car with no brakes"). Charles walked us through creating custom voice styles in Claude. We talked context window management, thread backups, and the difference between agents and skills. Lots of gold in this one if you missed it live. So here's the deal going forward. If you bought a one-time ticket for January, your access to recordings and resources ends 30 days after your purchase. Download your skills now from the MarketSauce Cookbook in the classroom. Save what you want to keep. If you got value out of this Sprint and want to continue, subscribe to Premium for $99/month. You get access to the weekly Claude Mastery workshops resuming February 10th, all the resources, and the replays. If you want more hands-on support, we're running a VIP tier with additional coworking sessions. Tuesday masterminds plus Thursday implementation blocks with a smaller cohort. Let me know if you want details on that. If you don't want to continue, no worries at all. My focus will be on serving the members who are in. Updates and new resources go to paying members first. Thank you to everyone who showed up and actually did the work this month. I learned the most by doing. Hope you did too. ==> Watch Week 4, Call 8 Replay

I miss the calls this week, but looking forward to watching the replays.
Poll: AI Book Writing Challenge?
Hey everybody. I've been working with a developer on a number of projects related to using a platform that they've been developing in a large part with utilizing Claude and Claude Code to help people organize their expertise and create full manuscripts for their next book. What I find interesting about this and how we are using it right now for some private clients that we are managing the entire publishing process for start to finish is that while the AI agents that are working in the background speed things up at an insane level, there is still a very clear process that we have been following to ensure that the book outputs are solid to begin with. It all starts with organizing the book outline. The research. In all things that were utilizing AI for as well, and the process to then run it through this AI book writing agent system, which outputs entire book drafts organized and formatted and ready for refinement to move along the publishing process. And since we've been going through this project with private clients, I've been reflecting on how we got started with Jasper back in early 2021, using it to write books and doing the 7-day book writing challenge. Back then you may have known me as The AI Author. And through that 7-day process, we saw dozens of entrepreneurs and founders, thought leaders, and subject matter experts tap into the power of AI for researching, brainstorming, outlining, and writing the content for their books as well as other marketing materials for their businesses. Some people would use these books as lead magnets, or pieces to reference within their own courses and work material, or to sell on Amazon and bring new prospects into their ecosystem. Some people would even write the book in a weekend, and by next week they'd already used the book inside their marketing to help close more deals for their business. A theme that I see come up even today, five years later, is especially among those that are actual legitimate experts and practitioners, like doctors and plastic surgeons, who clearly know and understand their topic on a super deep level, still often aren't getting the content out to support their business the way that they know that they could be.

Top Reasons People DON'T Learn AI... So WHAT do YOU Want To Learn? And HOW?
Sabrina Ramonov just shared a post on her Substack recapping her experience (and come clarifications) from the recent AI Advantage Summit hosted by Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. While I didn't attend, I took notice to one thing in particular she shared which was from a survey Tony and Dean ran to the 100k+ summit registrants: “Top reasons people don’t learn AI” and the top answers were: not enough time to learn it, don’t know how to create leverage with it, and it’s moving so fast it feels overwhelming!" My question to you and this community - especially those at the early stages of learning AI - is what sort of consistent content format would be most helpful and useful for you to help get you started on your road to AI implementation? I don't have anything scheduled out right now besides the mastery implementation workshops for premium and VIP members but have the capacity to slot in some type of additional sessions where we could cover more basic training on getting started with AI. Would you find this useful? Let me know what sort of live call steaming cadence would best for you:

If you made the replay available of these that would be huge for times that they can’t be made live and the ability to pause and rewatch the things that may just go to fast live.
