Hello, I am running into an issue with one of my S3s that I struggle to diagnostic and need some help. Quick repair history recap: -I had one S3(Bike 1) that I used for a while but the assist and boost button stopped working completely, while showing error 20/48 at times. -I bought a second hand S3 with an error 44 but I then discovered that the bike(bike 2) also had an error 19 and thus had no assist. -Swapped the cartridge from bike 1(let's call it cartridge A) into bike 2 and everything worked perfectly: no more errors, all boosts and assist are working. NOW All of a sudden my bike 2 stopped turning on completely, and if I plug in the charger, it shows the charging icon for 2 seconds then abruptly turns off, 2 seconds later it shows again, and repeats that loop. I thought it was either a bike side issue, or a cartridge issue. I put the cartridge A into bike 1 back again to see if the bike booted and charged: yes to both, which made me think that the cartridge is working normally and that the bike is the problem. But I then put cartridge B from bike 1 into bike 2 thinking that it would not boot, but it did boot normally and charges normally(although with the original error 19 from that faulty cartridge). So I am not very confused as it seems that my working bike(2) and working cartridge(A) are not compatible for some reason even though everything was working perfectly for the last few weeks. I have not inspected the battery yet, as it is something I haven't tried until now and I'm a bit wary of diving that deep into the bike. I tried to inspect the connectors of the cartridge to the bike(bike side) but it's hard to access by simply removing the cartridge. could it be a faulty socket? Let me know what you guys think!

Hi everyone! My S3 chain is very loose and keep getting out of the casing/derail. Looks like a chain tensioner issue. I tried to find documentation about how to diagnose it or replace it on the internet but no success. Help needed! :)
