Should I Build a Dedicated Skool Community for Night Shift Nurses? 🌙 (Need your honest feedback!)
Hey Skool Hub! I'm A.X. Hale, a frontline nurse and author of Fueling the Night Shift. I wrote the book to solve the lack of practical nutrition and energy advice for those of us living on a flipped schedule. Now, I'm considering building a dedicated Skool community, but I need your honest feedback first. Most nurse communities focus on career transitions or general burnout. I want to create a space focused purely on the gritty, day-to-day survival and fuel of the night shift: - 🍎 3 AM Nutrition: Swapping real meal prep ideas and hydration strategies that actually work. - 😴 Sleep & Energy: Routines for surviving the post-shift crash and the "flip." - 💬 Peer Connection: A judgment-free zone where eating dinner at 7 AM is completely normal. Should I build this? - Night shift nurses: Does this sound like a space you'd actually join? What's your #1 challenge you'd want solved here? - Community builders: Do you think a niche this specific can thrive on Skool? I'm open to all thoughts—is this a "nice-to-have" or an "I've been looking for this forever" type of community? Check out the book that sparked this idea here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0HC52ZHYT Drop your feedback in the comments! 👇

@A.x. Hale thank you ☺️
Free Trial vs. Freemium
I came across an interesting post about free trials and wanted to get everyone's thoughts. If you don't have a strong personal brand yet, do you think people are less likely to sign up for a free trial simply because they don't know you or your work well enough? In that case, would a free or freemium option be the smarter approach? Also, when launching a new community: would you wait until the full course is completely recorded before launching, or launch early and add content over time? Would love to hear your thoughts and experiences!

For the latter, don't wait. Build the MVP, then add as you go, because you'll get feedback from the community as well on what they actually want too.

STAND OUT GUYS! Try and convince someone right now as to why they should join your incredible community? What do you offer and why are you different?❤️ Put your mind to it, I want to see some incredible persuasion…

✳️Got halfway through the comments and forgot what the question was❓ ✳️Someone put more than 4 sentences and you just lost interest in the response❓ ✳️Had side project after side project but never able to just 'see one through'❓ ✳️Do you completely overshare with people you barely know, yet forget to message dearly loved ones because they're not in your immediate zone❓ ✳️Ever needed to do a small task, yet been completely incapable of starting, despite wanting to and despite knowing it's important❓ ADHD Unmasked (it's free)
