WHAT WOULD YOU DO? WEDNESDAY 🧠 Real scenario. I want to hear YOUR answer. Your 64-year-old mother calls you on the phone. She tells you: "I went to the doctor today. My blood pressure was 158/94. He added a second medication — amlodipine on top of the lisinopril I'm already taking. He said my labs are normal and I just need to manage my stress better. But he didn't test my cortisol. He didn't ask about my sleep. He didn't ask what I eat. He spent 7 minutes with me and I left with another prescription." Then she says: "I've been waking up at 3am every night for the last six months. I can't lose this belly no matter what I do. I feel anxious all day for no reason. Honestly, I typically tell people there's a guy that does naturopathic stuff that can help with that. Also though, on the stress side, that's a deeper conversation. And oftentimes that started a long time ago. Just like arguments with someone close to you, oftentimes you're not arguing about what's happening right now, but about an accumulation of things over the years. That's also how stress works and there's a lot of internal work to do to get at that. I'm still trying to figure that stuff out

This reminded me that I overslept and didn't run or bike 🤣 Which I've been doing almost every day. But... I did take my vitamins. And I will get that run in.

I just did a 3 day short version of it using the free download in the classroom. Was having some digestive issues and it was a good reset. Back to normal. would love to hear how yours goes
