🌞 Good Morning, Academy Fam! 🌞
Happy 1st October! 🍂💰🔥 New month. New opportunities. New sales conversations. 🚀 Today's reminder... IF PEOPLE KEEP ASKING THE SAME QUESTION, THEY'RE TELLING YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOUR SALES CONTENT SHOULD BE ABOUT. ✨ Motivation: One of the easiest ways to create sales content is sitting right in front of you. Your: 💬 Comments. 📩 DMs. 📧 Emails. 👥 Community conversations. ❓ Customer questions. Yet we often ignore all of that and sit staring at a blank screen thinking: "WHAT ON EARTH SHOULD I POST TODAY?" 😂 Meanwhile, three people have already asked: "Is this suitable for beginners?" There's your post. Someone asks: "Do I need a big audience for this?" There's another. Someone asks: "How quickly can I get started?" Post number three. 😂 QUESTIONS ARE CONTENT CLUES. They're showing you where people need more: Clarity. Confidence. Information. Reassurance. Understanding. And sometimes... They're showing you exactly what's standing between someone being interested and taking the next step. 🧠 Tip: Treat every repeated question as three things: CONTENT IDEA + OBJECTION HANDLER + SALES OPPORTUNITY™ Imagine people repeatedly ask: "I'M A COMPLETE BEGINNER — WILL THIS BE TOO ADVANCED FOR ME?" You could simply answer that person privately. Or... You could create a post: "WHO IS THIS ACTUALLY FOR?" Explain: Who it's designed for. What experience they need. Where they should start. What they'll learn. What they DON'T need to know beforehand. Now you've answered the person who asked... AND THE 20 PEOPLE WHO WERE WONDERING THE SAME THING BUT NEVER SAID IT. That's powerful. ✅ Today's Action: Go through your recent: 📩 DMs. 💬 Comments. 📧 Emails. 👥 Community posts. 🛒 Customer messages. Write down five questions you've been asked. Then choose ONE and create content around it today. Use: QUESTION → ANSWER → CONTEXT → OFFER™ For example: QUESTION: "Do I need thousands of followers to sell a digital product?" ANSWER: "No. A smaller relevant audience can still buy."

This is actually such a simple way of looking at content. 😅 Instead of constantly asking “what should I post?”, pay attention to what people are already asking you. And I really like the point about repeated questions being feedback too, sometimes the answer isn’t another post, it’s making something clearer in the first place.

Happy 28th September! 💬👂💰 Today's reminder... THE BEST SALESPEOPLE AREN'T ALWAYS THE LOUDEST — THEY'RE OFTEN THE ONES WHO LISTEN THE MOST. ✨ Motivation: Selling isn't always about having the cleverest pitch. It's not about talking endlessly about your product. And it's definitely not about shouting: "BUY THIS! BUY THIS! BUY THIS!" until somebody finally gives in just to make you stop. 😂 Great selling starts with understanding. Understanding: 🎯 What your audience wants. 😩 What they're struggling with. 💭 What they're worried about. 🚧 What's stopping them. ❤️ What matters to them. 🔥 What result they're trying to achieve. And you discover those things by listening. Think: ASK → LISTEN → UNDERSTAND → HELP → OFFER™ 🧠 Tip: Questions reveal what your audience actually wants instead of what you assume they want. There's a huge difference. You might think people aren't buying because: "The price must be too high." But when you ask them, you discover: "I wasn't sure whether this was suitable for beginners." That's not a pricing problem. THAT'S A CLARITY PROBLEM. Or maybe you think: "They need more bonuses." So you add another 47 PDFs. 😂 But your audience actually says: "It looks great, but I'm overwhelmed and don't know where to start." Now you've discovered the real issue. DON'T GUESS → ASK → LISTEN → ADJUST™ ✅ Today's Action: Ask your audience ONE useful question today. It could be: 💬 "What's your biggest struggle with creating digital products right now?" 💬 "What's stopping you from launching your first offer?" 💬 "What's the hardest part of making consistent sales?" 💬 "If I could create one resource to help you right now, what would you want it to cover?" 💬 "What's one thing you wish someone had explained when you started?" Then here's the important bit... DON'T IMMEDIATELY SELL TO THEM. Listen. Read the responses. Ask follow-up questions. Look for patterns. If one person mentions something, that's interesting. If 15 people mention the same thing...

The “add another 47 PDFs” made me laugh. 😂 But the point about using people’s actual words is such a good one. We can spend ages trying to work out what we think people need when they’re quite literally telling us if we pay attention.

Happy 27th September! 💰🔥🚀 Today's reminder... CONFIDENCE ISN'T THE ABSENCE OF NERVES — SOMETIMES IT'S SIMPLY TAKING ACTION WHILE THEY'RE STILL THERE. ✨ Motivation: Don't measure your sales confidence by how nervous you feel. Measure it by whether you take action anyway. It's completely possible to feel: 😬 Nervous about posting your offer. 🤔 Unsure whether people will buy. 😩 Worried you're promoting too much. 👀 Concerned about what people might think. 💭 Tempted to rewrite your sales post for the 47th time. 😂 ...and still hit POST. That's progress. We sometimes imagine confident sellers sitting behind their screens thinking: "EVERYONE IS DEFINITELY GOING TO BUY THIS!" Probably not. 😂 Confidence often comes after you've repeatedly taken action — not before. Think: ACTION → EXPERIENCE → EVIDENCE → CONFIDENCE™ Every time you promote your offer, you're proving to yourself: I can do this. 🧠 Tip: Courage in selling often looks like posting before you feel completely ready. Because waiting until you feel 100% confident can turn into: "I'll promote it tomorrow." Then tomorrow becomes next week. Next week becomes next month. And your brilliant product sits quietly in your link wondering when it's finally getting invited to the party. 😂 You don't need perfect confidence. YOU NEED ENOUGH COURAGE FOR THE NEXT ACTION. Maybe today's courageous action is: 📱 Posting your offer. 📧 Sending the email. 💬 Following up with someone interested. 🎥 Talking about your product. 🔗 Sharing your link. 🔥 Running a promotion. 🛒 Asking for the sale. Each action makes the next one a little easier. ✅ Today's Action: Choose ONE sales action you've been avoiding and do it today. Use the: NERVOUS → POST → LEARN™ METHOD 1️⃣ NERVOUS Acknowledge the hesitation. Don't spend three hours trying to eliminate it. 2️⃣ POST Take the action anyway. Publish. Send. Share. Promote. 3️⃣ LEARN Look at what happens. Did people click? Reply? Ask questions? Buy? Ignore it completely?

The “action gives you data, overthinking doesn’t” part really landed with me. I think it’s so easy to spend another hour tweaking something because it feels productive, when really we’re just delaying putting it out there. You can’t learn what works until people actually get the chance to respond to it.

Happy 24th September! 👀🤝💰 Today's reminder... Visibility creates OPPORTUNITY — but TRUST is what helps turn that opportunity into SALES. ✨ Motivation: Getting more people to see your content is important. More views. More followers. More reach. More profile visits. But visibility alone doesn't automatically mean people are ready to buy from you. Because when someone discovers you, they're often quietly asking: "DOES THIS PERSON ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT?" 🤔 And that's where your content matters. If every post they see is: 🛒 Buy this! 💰 Get this! 🚨 Sale ends tonight! 🔥 Here's another offer! ...your profile can start looking less like a useful resource and more like the digital version of the shopping channel. 😂 Selling matters. But so does giving people a reason to TRUST YOU. VISIBILITY → VALUE → TRUST → OPPORTUNITY™ 🧠 Tip: Don't make every piece of content an advert. Teach some of what you know. Share practical advice. Answer questions. Explain mistakes. Show people how you approach problems. Give them small wins before asking them to buy. For example... If you sell an AI prompt pack, teach: 🤖 "One simple way to improve your AI responses is to give the AI more context about who the content is for." If you sell a digital-product course, teach: 🛒 "Before creating your product, identify one specific problem someone would actually pay to solve." If you sell social media templates, teach: 🎨 "Using consistent fonts and colours can make your content easier to recognise across the feed." The tip is genuinely useful on its own. But it also connects naturally to what you sell. That's powerful. TEACH THE WHAT → HELP WITH THE HOW → OFFER MORE SUPPORT™ ✅ Today's Action: Share ONE genuinely useful tip related to your offer. Choose something your ideal customer could implement TODAY. Not: "Want to know my secret? BUY MY PRODUCT TO FIND OUT!" 😂 Actually give them something useful. Try: PROBLEM → TIP → QUICK WIN™ PROBLEM: 😩

This is such an important distinction. Getting seen is one thing, but if every second post immediately asks people to buy something, there’s not much reason for them to stick around. I really like the Problem → Tip → Quick Win approach, give someone something they can actually use first, then the offer feels like a natural next step rather than a sales pitch.

Happy 21st September! 🎯🛒💰 Today's reminder... More products don't automatically mean MORE SALES. Sometimes they just give you more things to forget to promote. 😂 ✨ Motivation: As digital creators, it's incredibly easy to fall into the creation trap. You launch one product... Then immediately think: "Right... what can I create next?" 👀 So you make another. Then another. Then another. Before long you've got: 📚 7 ebooks 🎨 12 template packs 🤖 4 AI tools 🎓 6 mini-courses 👥 3 communities 💰 14 low-ticket offers ...and you're actively promoting approximately NONE OF THEM. 😂 Creating products can feel productive. But products sitting quietly on a digital shelf don't automatically create sales. CREATION BUILDS THE INVENTORY. MARKETING CREATES THE OPPORTUNITY. 🧠 Tip: Sometimes ONE strong offer promoted consistently can outperform ten offers that barely get mentioned. Instead of: 10 PRODUCTS → 10% ATTENTION EACH Try: ONE OFFER → MULTIPLE ANGLES → CONSISTENT VISIBILITY™ 🎯 You don't necessarily need another product. You might need more ways to talk about the product you already have. The same offer can be marketed through: 😩 A problem 🎯 A desired result 📖 A personal story 🎓 An educational lesson ❌ A common mistake 💬 A customer question 🛠️ A specific feature 💎 A benefit 👀 A demonstration 🏆 A customer win or testimonial, where you have one That's TEN marketing angles without creating anything new. ✅ Today's Action: Choose ONE product to focus on today. Just one. Then answer: "WHY WOULD THE RIGHT PERSON WANT THIS?" Write down: Who is it for? What problem does it help with? What result are they looking for? What's one useful feature? What's one objection they might have? Why did you create it? Congratulations. You've just started building your: OFFER ANGLE BANK™ 🏦💰 🎯 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗘: Promote the SAME offer from TWO completely different angles today. For example... Imagine you're selling a content prompt pack. ANGLE #1 — THE PROBLEM 😩 "Tired of opening social media every morning and having absolutely no idea what to post?"

Ouch 😂 This one definitely speaks to me. I actually enjoy creating the products, promoting them consistently is the part I need to get much better at. I really like the idea of taking ONE offer for a week and simply changing the angle each day rather than constantly thinking I need something new.
