Right cleat discomfort and sitting unevenly on the saddle
Hi all, I had a bike fit and I was feeling good for few weeks, but recently my right foot still doesn’t feel quite right when pedalling as though the cleat isn’t positioned correctly. I keep trying to adjust the foot to point outside while riding as otherwise I feel a sharp pain in my knee. I also find myself sitting more towards the right side of the saddle, as this feels more comfortable than sitting centrally. My latest ride shows a left/right power balance of 53%/47%, although I’m not sure whether this is related. Has anyone experienced something similar? What would you suggest to check or change? Thanks.

Can you go back to your fitter for a tune up? Something is definitely off, either asymmetry or an injury
