Project guitars
I’m looking at getting a cheap guitar off of Amazon and upgrading it. I’m just apprehensive about it and am wondering if there are problems I have yet to plan for. Anyone tried this recently? If so what problems did you run into? The guitar I’m looking at: https://a.co/d/ea6Q5Qo

In my experience it all depends on what you want to get out of it. Is this a project guitar to help you learn how to work on guitars, does it look great but not have the components or specs you're looking for? If it's all about the price, some upgrades to make it the exact guitar you want may cost more than the guitar itself. But again, depending on your goals with that specific guitar it can be a great idea and new guitars are always fun!

What Are Your Thoughts on Smart Guitars? 🤔🎸
I’ve been diving into some new gear ideas lately, and I’m curious where the community stands on smart guitars — instruments with built-in tech, apps, onboard effects, learning tools, etc. Some players love the innovation… others feel like it takes away from the raw, traditional guitar experience. I can see both sides, which is why I want to hear from you. Do smart guitars actually solve real problems for guitarists? Would you ever own one — or do you already? What features would make a smart guitar worth it? Drop your thoughts below. I’m really interested to hear the honest opinions from this group.

I've got the Enya Nova Go SP1, but I guess I don't know if I'd call it a "smart guitar". It has an on board speaker and some effects, but I mainly use it as my go to acoustic because of its size and portability. With it being carbon I don't worry about temps or moisture. So I rarely use the effects or speaker on it, but it's there when I want it.

Individual pedals vs Muldi-effects pedals
I was wondering what people prefer, individual pedals or one multi-effects pedal??

I've really enjoyed my multi effects pedals. I have a Mooer GE150 and just bought a Mooer GE150 Pro. I feel like for where I'm at, it makes more sense for me to get multi effects pedals than a bunch of individual pedals, but that could always change in the future.
