Pretty brutal
Gareth just shared this in his community. Basically is someone searches you on Discovery and finds you, signs up, Skool gets a %30 cut. Of course this is if you have growth booth on.

VAT question
@Marcin Hakemer-Fernandez I just listened to your video on YouTube about the VAT and Merchant of record. I have a community in French so a lot of members are from the EU and there are a lot of questions. One member is saying that Skool has just started ADDING the VAT to her members invoices, and that it was not like that before. (I have no idea if that is true or not) See the image she sent me. Have you noticed a change in your members VAT calculation on their invoice? Is it really new ? BTW I don't know if I can ask that type of question here... so feel free to delete if needed! 😅

@Marcin Hakemer-Fernandez Ok! So a few people will have little surprises hahaha So it's Skool that was not up to date with it, and now they are. So past EU customers had kind of a free pass for a while... and now they don't. Good to know, thanks!

@Marcin Hakemer-Fernandez I think they will need to add something on the About page or the plan page that clearly states that applicable VAT will be added.
