@LM Sharron self employed for 40 years and it’s always interesting. Tools come and go, but mindset is lasting eg it’s a game or puzzle versus difficult. It’s helped me, though it took awhile 😆

@LM Sharron give yourself grace. Maybe designate several times during the week where you have a do not disturb sign up. Treat that as holy ground. Make certain that everyone around you knows that, but your attention is available flexibly during other times. Just one line in the sand at a time.
