Good evening! I’ll be in transit Friday on my way to Mexico for my brother in law’s celebration of life. Not sure if I will be able to attend class in person. Will be there in spirt!!

I did the Shankha Prakshalana cleanse yesterday! Afterwards felt a lightness and freedom, I haven’t experienced in a while. Such a powerful tool to opening up the gateways to creativity and play!! I found myself arranging flowers and writing a poem from mother Aya. 🙏
