Has anyone worked with Primus Temporary Housing? We received a lease from them today and it seems like a joke. One page, very little information. We don’t feel comfortable signing it. Our typical lease very clearly spells out everything from no smoking in the house, utilities/lawn/snow removal included, no illegal activities, etc, of which this one page lease says nothing. It doesn’t protect us or the tenants for that matter. Can we just tell them we’d rather use our lease?

Hey guys. Based on Wednesday's call we're leaning towards moving from our CPA to a tax strategist instead. I know that there were a few names on the call but has anybody used any of them personally? Or does anybody have somebody they use? I'm an absolute by-the-books person but I'm looking for someone who doesn't just take my Quickbooks numbers and input them on a tax return but someone who looks at the numbers and suggests different ways to structure our business moving forward for tax advantages. Any recommendations / references? I'm open to learning this stuff by binge listening to podcasts/videos, etc. but I'd also rather pay someone and not go down a rabbit hole....🤣
