Online Drip Class!
Who would be interested in a weekly drip dance fitness class online here?!? DRIP Dance Fitness is a high-energy, feel-good dance workout set to the songs you grew up loving. Think 90s and early-2000s hits with a few newer tracks sprinkled in for extra spice. This class keeps you moving from start to finish. No standing around, no pressure to be perfect. Just nonstop movement, sweat, and fun. The choreography is beginner-friendly, designed so you can jump right in and build confidence as you go. The more you come, the more comfortable you’ll feel. The more comfortable you feel, the bigger you’ll dance. Expect high vibes, full-body cardio, and that “I didn’t realize I was working out” kind of burn.

Getting Started Roadblockers
Let’s talk about the hardest part of movement. Starting. Not the workout. Not the dance combo. Not the sweat. The mental conversation before you even begin. We all have roadblockers. The thoughts that flood in right before we press play, walk into class, or lace up our shoes. “I’m too tired.”“I’m behind.”“I’m not coordinated.”“I don’t have enough time.”“I’ll start next week.” This community is a hub for strength training, dance tutorials, and short targeted sessions — but none of it matters if we let those roadblocks win. So let’s normalize it. 👇 What has stopped you from starting movement in the past? Be honest. No judgment here. Your answer might be exactly what someone else needs to hear. Let’s clear the road together. 💛🔥
