Good morning- Wanting to take a poll sort of… How many of you put dressers or chests in all of your bedrooms, or what other options do you use for guests to keep their clothing?

I got a quote from Proper that is quite a bit higher than I was expecting. Much higher than our primary residence. My question- do y’all claim the full monthly income in your policy, or just enough to cover bills (mtg, utilities, etc) in the case of an incident where the property is un-inhabitable?
