Identity shifting without visualization? Or help with visualization?
I have challenges with visualization. I think my mind is too grounded in reality. I feel like I am having to push too hard to visualize and even when I do, it is not feeling real. Does anyone have any advice for getting past this?

Make use of your five senses. Use the question, How would it feel if..... and build on that. Also, what would you smell, what would you hear, how would you feel, etc...? Use all of it. The visualization isn't limited to just a picture. You want to tie emotions to it as well. The emotions are the magnet. Hope that helps.
