1 my daughter just turned 10 in October she's definitely a breaststroker but she concentres so much on technique and not the speed part. Love to help fix that 2- advice on breaking a plateau for a female swimmer age 10 who may be starting puberty, how does this effect them vs male swimmers. 3- refine back stroke
Film Analysis now open for everyone
In this breakdown, you’ll learn exactly how to film your swimmer so you can send in the perfect clips for a professional-level stroke analysis. Every video you submit is transformed into a powerful coaching tool to be used year round: 🔹 Slow-motion corrections 🔹 Frozen frames with on-screen text 🔹 Clear arrows and highlights showing EXACTLY what to fix We don’t just tell swimmers what to improve — we show them, frame by frame. Athletes can rewatch their breakdown anytime, allowing corrections to truly sink in and accelerate their progress. If you want your swimmer to finally “get it,” see their stroke the way a coach sees it, and make changes that actually stick… this is the most valuable feedback you can give them.
