@Tiffany Ludwicki @Noriko Daneshtalab @Kim Gladney Last Wednesday night we all ended up in a breakout room. @Tiffany Ludwicki made a comment about intense side pain when we were all connected. That same night I had a rough night, seeing sound- fuzzy air, my auras were intense with colors, I saw white flashes, my minds eye could see my room with my eyes closed and wearing a eye mask. (I had an eye exam Friday to confirm my eyes are fine - I was concerned about the flashes. Clean bill. But I did experience a quick onset of stabbing side pain- I really think this side pain is connected to what Tiffany felt. I receive information via feeling and seeing. Does someone have a loved one that had an abdominal issue or concern? I’ve been wanting to reach out about this to see if maybe it was a loved one’s energy. Please know that I often have these nights, I hold energy for a longtime, it’s not uncommon for me to have a wild night after our classes. I don’t want to worry anyone, I also have an active household- the sage has been burned and things have settled 🖤 @Susan Goodman been providing me grounding techniques and different methods over the past several months, as well as some other practitioners I see ✨
