Day 1 done
Em, my Brain Dump is eye watering, but full of fun things and lots of ideas. I did ask ChatGPT which reminded me of some things I had forgotten about.

My introduction:
I'm Steph Black — Flexible Income Coach, ADHD brain, mum of two, dog mum of two, and collector of more ideas than any one person probably needs. I help neurodivergent mums and business owners create flexible income that fits around real life — because businesses should support your life, not run it. Apart from raising two amazing girls, one of the most epic things I've ever done was earn a 2:1 Honours Degree in Childhood and Youth Studies with The Open University whilst they were babies and toddlers. It wasn't glamorous. It involved studying during naps, late nights, stolen moments, and a lot of determination. Looking back, it's proof that small, consistent actions really do add up to something extraordinary. I also spent part of the pandemic sewing scrubs for NHS staff and I'm currently working on a hand-sewn hexie quilt that has become a lesson in patience, persistence and trusting the process. Small steps, imperfect action, and keeping going when life is busy? That's pretty much how I approach both business and life.

@Julie Creffield Yup, the Epic book writing mission
What is the most EPIC thing you have ever done...
Its intro time...but with a twist!!!! I want you to take a moment to look backwards. Think about something genuinely EPIC you've already achieved in your life. It could be: 🏃 Running a marathon 🎓 Getting a qualification 💼 Starting a business 🏠 Buying a home 👶 Raising a child ❤️ Surviving a difficult chapter 🌍 Moving country 📚 Writing a book 💪 Losing weight Or something else entirely. At some point in your life, you decided to do something difficult, uncertain, and meaningful. Here's what I'd love you to reflect on: ✨ What was the epic thing? ✨ Who were you at that point in your life? ✨ Where did you find the time? ✨ Where did you find the energy? ✨ Where did you find the courage? ✨ What resources or support helped you succeed? Most people think they need more motivation. In reality, they've often forgotten just how capable they already are. You have evidence. You've done hard things before. And the person who achieved that goal is still in there. Now let's look forward. If time, money, confidence, technology, and self-doubt weren't holding you back... What would you love to achieve next? What's the BIG goal you'd like to make progress on during this challenge? Drop your answers below with a photo or GIF 🤖 AI PROMPT - Help me create a dynamic introduction all about me, including details of the most epic thing i've ever done.
