what's your New Years resolution/intention? (also would you want to join a Sedona meditation on Sunday?)
edit!* by sedona meditation I mean a meditation I put on Youtube that i recorded while in Sedona to tap into the sedona energy that we can do together when setting a New Years intention an important thing to realize is its less about adopting a new behavior... and more about looking at your inner self image and who you believe you are back in 2017 when I worked my 9-5 job selling women shoes... I saw myself as a sales person who worked a 9-5 job I didn't like... my inner self image was that of a average sales employee who didn't like corporate politics but felt it was my only option that was my narrative and that was my story I was thinking, feeling and acting EQUAL and in ALIGNMENT with that version of me then I looked at my self image and saw that if I was being honest... the 9-5 version of me what NOT THE REAL ME some people say it feels FAKE to be a new empowered self... and really... its just not FAMILIAR yet me selling women shoes... while it was familiar... was more FAKE to me than anything I was playing small and pretending to be okay with a reality I did not like the shift for me was having the courage to embrace a new version of me I took on the image and identity of BEING a YOUTUBER and that did mean making videos on youtube all the blocks came up by the way... I cared what my friends thought... I thought who am I to be sharing this... I compared myself to other creators... etc but I stayed committed knowing one day soon it would become my new familiar and with that commitment a few months later... I had 50K plus subs on Youtube and began plotting my escape from the job and in August 2017 I quit and it was the most liberating thing I'd ever experienced for this year... commit to a new you! realize you make it familiar my deciding that it is who you choose to be trust the divine to assist you and realize when you take the steps... new ideas and the path becomes clear every video I made... I would get the next idea each time and that was the key... to START!
