How many songs have you published on Spotify so far? 🎶
You can check this easily in Spotify for Artists → Music → Songs. I just checked mine: Amara Blue currently has 66 published songs, and another 5 are coming with the next EP — so basically 71 songs already. But here is the part I want to improve: Only 2 songs have passed 1,000 streams so far. So my next focus is not only creating more music, but also publishing more consistently AND going back to promote the songs that are already there. My next goals: • 100 published songs • At least 5 songs with 1,000+ streams It’s easy to keep creating the next song and forget about the previous 50 sitting quietly on Spotify. 😄 So I want to get much more intentional about promoting the catalog too. Now your turn 👇 - How many songs have you published? - What is your next publishing goal? - And how many of your songs already have 1,000+ streams? Write your numbers in the comments — let’s track our progress together. 🎯

@Terrence Bullock on Spotify for artists it shows you the number of songs - go to music tag - songs. Then you add all artists together.

How I Use vidIQ Title Research to Get More Views on YouTube Lives 🚀
Yesterday I used vidIQ to research my title before starting a new R&B live stream — and it got 600+ views overnight. (Signed up with @Jesse Hull affiliate link) Instead of just guessing a title, I used the title generator and compared SEO-optimized titles with more emotional “Outlier” titles. Some examples vidIQ suggested were: - Pure Soul: 1 Hour of Smooth R&B Live Performances - Nothing But Smooth R&B: The Ultimate Live Soul Collection - Pure R&B Soul Live 🎧 The Smoothest Melodies You Need to Hear - Midnight Soul Sessions 🌙 Smooth R&B Live for Late Nights My simple process: 1. Start with your main keyword, for example “Smooth R&B Live” or “Gospel R&B Live.” 2. Generate several SEO and Outlier title ideas in vidIQ. 3. Look for a title that combines a clear keyword with an emotional reason to click. 4. Make the thumbnail match the promise of the title. 5. Start the live and watch how YouTube responds in the first hours. For this stream, I used: 🔴 Relaxing Gospel R&B Live: Ditch the Noise, Find Peace Now The stream reached 600+ views overnight, and at one point vidIQ showed it moving at around 5.5x my usual pace. Of course, one title does not guarantee views. I use this as a testing system: keyword research → title → thumbnail → live stream → analytics → improve the next one The main lesson: don’t guess your YouTube titles. Research and test them before you go live. Are you doing YouTube lives to get more watch hours? I get 20 - 50 hours per day from that.

@George Virtanen yes, but keep every stream under 12 hours, then they count. You can also run several streams at the same time with Upstream.

Hyperfollow, Feature.fm, Others, or Vibe Code - Artist Landing Pages
https://hyperfollow.com/ https://feature.fm/ Are any of you using these for your landing pages? Thoughts? Or, are you using Claude/Codex and making your own artist pages? Though, I'm not sure they have API's to connect the important stuff yet.

@Luis Lara I am using it to promote my music and my mastermind; it is working so far, but I am driving traffic from Facebook.

@Maxwell Cole Thank you 🤗
My Amara Blue website is officially live! 💙🎶
I created it as a central home for the Amara Blue project, where people can discover the music, watch videos, see photos, join supporter subscriptions, download albums and ebooks, and later also shop for merch. I built it with Bandzoogle, connected with DistroKid, which makes it very practical because I can bring my music into the site and sell downloads directly instead of relying only on streaming platforms. I also really like the idea of having my own space outside of social media — somewhere I can collect email subscribers, build a closer connection with listeners, and gradually grow the brand in one place. I’d love some feedback on the design, navigation and overall feel of the site: https://amarablue.com/ Do you also have a website for your music, AI artist or creator brand? If yes, what do you mainly use it for?

@Ashton Vale Archives thanks 😊
Spotify stats broken on DistroKid? 🤔
Anyone else having issues with Spotify stats on DistroKid? Mine shows 0 streams over the last 7 days, but 118,919 over the last 30 days. Looks like the reporting might be stuck. Is anyone else seeing this, or has anyone heard anything from support? Also, does anyone know when the next YouTube payout will arrive through DistroKid? 💸 It would definitely give us a little motivation to keep going after all these restrictions and technical issues lately. 😅
