Tom is just AMAZING! Fun, friendly, super knowledgeable and willing to help you ALWAYS! I’m a fitness trainer, just completed breast cancer treatment. Unfortunately suffering with osteoarthritis and now severe inflamed hip pain made worse by my ongoing cancer meds to (hopefully) prevent recurrence. My usual exercise has come to a halt but to be able to keep going with Tom’s 5 min daily wiggle is helping lift me mentally and physically. Being 5 mins means it’s totally achievable! Tom’s golden!!
