Hi, I got the glp 1 vial of 20mg and this is my first time taking it. My first questions is what solution do I use to mix with the powder and how much in the vial. And my second question is how much would be recommended for me to start taking per dose?

Stuck and not losing
My ts seems to be stuck at a plato, what can ts add to glp2 to kick it back moving again?

@Roco Robinson thank you for always explaining. TS drink mostly water all day, may have a zero sugar soda, usually doesn't finish a can the entire day. Times of eating vary so will regulate that and see what happens, plus constipation occurs occasionally.

TS used 150 units of bac water for 30 MG. So TS should increase the water and increase by 10mg, correct? Sorry for delay in response long day at work.
