Great question. Lately I’ve been focused on three things as well: 1. Building a stronger voice around what I’m learning from tech leaders, especially around AI adoption, engineering, and how teams are evolving. 2. Getting better at having real conversations instead of jumping too quickly into “business mode”, curiosity first, opportunity second. 3. Understanding how LatAm is changing from being seen mainly as a cost-saving market into a region where companies are building more specialized tech capabilities. What excites me most is connecting those conversations and turning what I’m learning into useful insights I can share with others.
