RANDOM NOSTALGIA ALERT!
Hi ladies! Okay I know it's been a bit since i've posted but as a side bar to all things bridal for a second... I need to know who has watched the Hannah Montana 20th anniversary special and if that was also a show you grew up with because WOW it was so good!! Watching that back myself, it's so crazy to think that I was watching that show when I was 8 years old and fast forward 20 years later, seeing Miley so humble and owning who she always truly has been, it's been extremely inspiring. Did you also know that Taylor Swift wrote her song "you'll always find your way back home" AND Miley used to date DYLAN SPROUSE when she was younger?? THE PLOT TWISTS I NEEDED TO HEAR! I wanna hear your thoughts on it if you've watched it because I have no one else to talk to it about so I gotta come to the girlies hahaha🤣 PS more stuff to come very shortly! Happy to have you here🥰

There's a free resource folder with a protein cheat sheet in there so be sure to start there with some quick ideas for how to make your meals high protein in the mean time. High protein = muscle = toned arms for that wedding dress! LOVE THE PIC AS WELL! Such a cute couple🥰 PS reddit will have nothing on this community LOL

Why Starting Your Bridal Fitness Journey Too Late Adds Unnecessary Stress!
One of the most common questions I get from brides is... “When should I start getting in shape for my wedding?” The honest answer? Earlier than you think. A lot of brides plan to “lock in” about 6–8 weeks before their wedding, but that’s actually when life gets the most chaotic. Around that time you usually have: - Dress fittings and alterations - Your bridal shower - Your bachelorette - Final vendor emails and payments - Timeline confirmations and last-minute planning To be raw and real with you all... by that point, vendors are constantly up your BUTT and there are a lot of moving pieces therefore, the last thing you want is for your body and your fitness routine to be another thing causing you stress. The goal of bridal fitness shouldn’t be panic training right before the wedding. It should be building consistency months ahead of time so when the final stretch comes, you already feel: - Confident in your body - Strong and energized - Comfortable in your dress That’s exactly why I built the Bridal Body Blueprint the way I did — to help brides create a routine that fits their life before the wedding chaos begins. Hiiii to all the lovely brides joining the community so far! WELCOME TO THE COMMUNITY! Sooo happy to have you here and i'm wanting to learn a little bit more about you all! In the "START HERE" post and course, you'll can find an introduction template to introduce yourself to the group and tell us a little more about yourself! You can either reply to this post with it or make your own post in the group with your answers! If you have your eye on some courses in the classroom that are currently locked, the best way to level up in the community is to post and engage with everyone!
