AU Phone Numbers
Hey guys, quick question. Do we need to get an A2P registration or 10DLC when using phone numbers in Australia? Some clarification on all the phone number stuff would be really appreciated. Cheers
AU Phone Numbers with GHL
Hey guys, I work with real estate agents and I really want to implement some SMS marketing into their campaigns. The issue is that from my understanding, you need an ABN to register a phone number in Australia - and most agents don't have their own ABNs. Has anyone found a work-around to this? Can I maybe buy phone numbers using my own Regulatory Bundle and Address? If so, is there anything I need to know to make it compliant? Would love to hear your ideas!

REAL ESTATE ADS AUSTRALIA
Going with this structure 1 campaign 2 ad sets 4 ads per ad set. I have a budget of $40 per day and thinking to go with ad spend on the ad set level at $15 per day until finding winners the. Scale that too whatever wins $40 per day. Is it worth having two different ad sets that are doing broad or should I have one interest base targeting. Targeting broad and calling out through ads. Testing creatives for the first round. And having the same copy throughout. I’m adding a pre qualifying website funnel to my ads. Has anyone had any experience on this? Little stuck with fulfillment atm. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Definitely have the two adsets targeting different audiences. You can either do one broad and one interest, or have one adset for one location and the other adset for another location (with both being broad).
How soon I should make a change?
How soon do you normally make a change in the campaign if you see no leads? If you launched a campaign following Liams SOP, and its spent $100 with no leads, should you start look and see whats wrong? Also if metrics are high on CTR and Link CTR, should you tweak the lead form or just start putting in new ads/ change suburbs? @Liam Casey

@Mo Vanjani Hey mate, how'd you go with this? Had this happen a few times and it's always tough to know what route to take.
Brisbane Real Estate FB Ads
Hey guys! I've been struggling to get results with a real estate client of mine located in the Brisbane inner suburbs - so I thought I'd come on here and see if anyone had any advice. I know that typically Brisbane is a very competitive area and the suburbs we're targeting are quite expensive, so the CPL should be on the higher side. Has anyone here run FB ads successfully in Brisbane and gotten some decent results? Would love to chat :)

@Liam Casey Thanks for the reply! I had gone through and set them up pretty much exactly like you say to do. Have also tested a decent few creatives and have only gotten 1 lead into the lead form over the past week. Not sure if it's a problem with the creatives not being engaging enough or if it's just that competitive of a market.

@Liam Casey Yeah I've watched it and tried to optimise, but we aren't getting enough leads in the first place to decide what to optimise. So I'm either optimising based on link clicks, CPM, and CTR or I'm starting a whole new campaign where the same thing happens. Appreciate your help mate.
