I love this setup @Roy Houston . I think it could also benefit from a couple of solar panels on that generator box lid to take care of some of your ambient usage through the day.
@Roy Houston Yes I know, it was £17k for our house, (20 panels and 1 X 20kw battery) but it could have been done a lot cheaper if I bought used and wasn't afraid of heights to install it myself. I need to cancel our order because I think some grants are heading this way and that would be really annoying if I'm still paying a loan whilst everyone I know are getting them for free or cheaper! 😂
today at 3pm mountain time, I'll be doing an update on my shed to shop conversion and doing a yard tour and project update. Would love to see @everyone join me.
@Roy Houston yeah I thought they looked thin. Wow, that's really dry. I think that would be near impossible to achieve in the UK without a kiln or indoor storage. I aim for 20%. Your hydraulic splitter looks like it makes light work of it.
@Roy Houston Wow... Well That's a fine old shame - it certainly looked the part! Mine is a little electric forest master. Just plug it into the electric and go! It has a lot of torque, splits anything.
