Here's my simple tip... I have the free skool extension on my laptop so I can see a glance when it's lit. I believe you can add a setting to send you a DM if you haven't done enough activities by a certain time. I have a physical alarm set every single day at 10:00 a.m. That simply says check school tick. So I routinely pop in and check all my green boxes are intact. If they're not then I quickly head into a community and like 10 posts. It literally takes 5 seconds. The only time it's ever been a problem is when I've been at a festival in the middle of nowhere with zero signal, So I'm walking around waving my phone in the air climbing ladders and looking like a crazy person.
