My Big Idea: The stories women believe about themselves—especially those shaped in moments of fear, crisis, and survival—don’t just live in the past; they shape our present choices, relationships, leadership, and identity. And the most dangerous part? Most of us don’t even realize the story is still being told. What protected us then… imprisons us now. But when a woman dares to dismantle those limiting narratives and rewrite a story aligned with who she’s truly meant to be, she doesn’t just change her life—she transforms her family, her community, and the world.

Hey folks, I am Star Bobatoon, former attorney turned communication coach. I live in Fairfax, VA with 2 grown and beautiful kids. I am glad to be here and I am excited for everyone’s journey. As a woman who spent decades, muting her voice and hiding in the shadows to make other people more comfortable, I know the deep regret of playing small and not making the impact I was born to make.
